Change is the only constant in life. How you prepare for and navigate change is the key. Finding that key is Bill’s prevailing goal.
In his own life as Bill transitioned from engineering to the practice of law; from creditor rights and defending truth in lending issues to SBA based lending opportunities; from lending to factoring and other forms of commercial
financing; from financing to sales; from acquisitions to regulatory defense; from regulatory protection to business and succession planning; and from the active practice of law with a firm to a solo practitioner role where Bill is presently advising select clients, legislators and regulators while pursuing various teaching opportunities.
